Service Fall Short of Expectations
loud showerinconsistent housekeeping
I find that technical issues in the room were disruptive. The shower was very loud. The ceiling light flickered. The light switches were also not intuitive. Housekeeping was inconsistent with amenities. They provided only one tea bag some days even though two people stayed in the room.

i had a very comfortable stay the butler service was helpful with requests i had. the location had direct access to the mall and a nearby public park which i used. the staff was punctual and helpful from start to finish.

the staff was very friendly i found. the location is near the mall. there are great restaurants within the hotel like sushi samba. the hotel is also connected directly to nakheel mall, so its the stay is great.

the hotel was very clean and showed elegant touches. the seaview from my room was good. the luxurious bathroom had exclusive amenities. they offered day and night housekeeping and this was very convenient.
the location is somewhat removed from important city spots like downtown and the burj khalifa.

the valet team showed excellent professionalism during a busy event. the head of the valet team greeted guests warmly. he personally opened the door and greeted us with courtesy. it reflected a high standard of service.

the hotel provides private entrance to the mall. the location is ideal. several great restaurants are part of the hotel, one being hanu. the experience at hanu was excellent and the prices were agreeable too.

the room was comfortable with soothing decor. there was enough storage available. an espresso machine and a minibar offered a good variety of beverages. there were separate lockers and changing rooms for men and women at the gym.
